Ditsch USA is looking for a **Production Line Lead** to join our Cincinnati team on **3rd shift**. In this role, you will help lead production, support your team, and keep operations running safely and efficiently. If you are a hands-on leader who enjoys a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be a strong next step. **Pay range: $21.50-23.50/hour.**

**About the Role**

As a **Line Lead,** you will help keep the production line running smoothly while supporting your team and maintaining high standards for safety and quality. In this role, you will:

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and enforce safety standards.

- Lead, coach, and support team members on the production floor.

- Monitor production schedules and ensure efficient line operations.

- Coordinate shift changes, staffing, and workflow.

- Troubleshoot issues and help resolve production challenges.

- Ensure compliance with food safety and manufacturing standards.

- Complete production documentation and communicate updates to leadership.

- Support training and development of team members.

- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

**What You Bring**

We are looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and comfortable leading by example on the production floor. To be successful in this role, you should have:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production

- Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred.

- Strong critical thinking skills and mechanical aptitude

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

- Clear communication skills and attention to detail

- Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours.

- Ability to work in varying temperatures, from freezer areas to the production floor.
