Join our dedicated team as an **On-Call Driver** and be part of an organization that positively impacts lives every day!

**Work Location:** Must reside within 30 minutes of Tea, SD - our main operations begin within the Sioux Falls area. 
**Schedule:** Part-time, 24hr on-call shifts.The ideal candidate will be available every** Sunday and Monday **with flexibility to pick up extra shifts based upon coverage needs.

**How You Will Be Rewarded as an On-Call Driver**

- Compensation: Competitive pay, $23.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 overnight shift differential.

- Benefits: Medical (Cigna), Dental, Vision, 401k (5% match), HSA & FSA, employer paid Life & AD&D benefits

- Sick Time: Employer paid sick time

**Key Responsibilities of an On-Call Driver**

- Provide professional ground transportation for surgical teams, specimens, and critical medical equipment

- Ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries while maintaining exceptional customer service

- Adhere to all traffic laws and TAM operational procedures

- Perform vehicle safety checks and fleet maintenance tasks

- Maintain constant communication with logistics coordinators and respond to dispatch calls within 10 minutes

- Handle medical specimens and sensitive cargo with utmost care and precision 

**Qualifications & Skills of an On-Call Driver**

- High School Diploma/GED required

- Valid driver’s license with a clean 39-month driving record

- 2+ years of driving experience

- EVOC / Lights and Sirens Certification preferred

- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills

- Experience in medical transport, logistics, or professional driving a plus

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods

- Reliable cell phone access and availability for on-call shifts
