**About our Team**

Our leadership previously founded and led a national digital health company (>$15M raised), with a team of 100+ employees across the US, and that sold to a 1,000+-person incumbent. We’re a tight-knit team that’s driven to move fast and take on some of the biggest problems in healthcare and ultimately improve patient lives.

**About the Role**

Our business is growing quickly, with leading healthcare companies as customers. With this growth, we’re looking for a Talent Partner to join the team and work directly with our leadership. Some of these responsibilities would include:

**What You’ll Own**

- Own full-cycle hiring across multiple functions, from intake and sourcing through offer and close

- Build and manage a strong pipeline of talent to support company needs

- Lead internal hiring efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing job postings

- Oversee outreach and screening processes to engage the right candidates

- Raise the bar on how we interview: train and coach hiring managers, calibrate interviewers, and hold the line on quality

- Maintain an organized and up-to-date talent database, tracking availability and qualifications**About You**

**Core Experience**

- 2-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or related roles, with a track record of closing hard-to-fill roles.

- End-to-end ownership of searches, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview design, offer negotiation, and close (not just coordination or top-of-funnel)

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

- Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution.

- Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right.

- Experience hiring in healthcare or a regulated environment is a plus**What You Bring**
