##### About the Role

As **Junior Event Manager** you'll help create the moments at Solidgate that people actually remember. You'll be part of running** events — internal and external — and making sure Solidgate always shows up well.**

We're scaling fast across multiple countries, and the events function needs to grow with that ambition. This role exists to drive it.

**⚡ This role is for a builder **— someone who knows that the magic in a great event isn't an accident. It's a hundred small decisions made right. Every single time.

**What You'll Be Driving**

**Events**

- Take part in the full event lifecycle — from the first spark of an idea to the post-event debrief nobody skips

- Help make sure Solidgate shows up well at conferences, partner gatherings, and industry events in Ukraine and abroad

- Scout venues, stay in touch with vendors, and keep an eye on quality — because "good enough" isn't really your style**Merch & Gifting**

- Lead merch production end-to-end: design briefs, contractors, budgets

- Build welcome kits and gift sets that land well — practical, personal, and worth receiving

- Create merch that makes people ask where'd you get that**Budget & Ops**

- Build budgets, track spending — no magic tricks, just solid planning and respect for numbers

- Support several events at once, with the team behind you, and make sure every detail lands right**You're a Great Fit If**

- You have hands-on experience organizing events for students, youth centers, or volunteer initiatives — no formal years required, real experience is what counts

- English Upper-Intermediate or above — you'll be talking directly with foreign partners

- You've organized events abroad (exchange, volunteering, internships) and figured things out yourself along the way

- You can plan and manage a small event budget without losing track of the numbers

- You know what good design looks like and can turn that into a brief a designer wants to work with

- You know how to come up with merch and gifts people genuinely want to keep — or you're eager to learn and grow into this
