## About the role

#### Bar Manager : Soho House Tel Aviv

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on **Bar Manager** to lead the bar operation at Soho House Tel Aviv, ensuring excellent service, strong team leadership and smooth daily operations.

##### Key Responsibilities

- Lead the daily bar operation and maintain high service standards.

- Manage, motivate and develop the bar team.

- Ensure a warm, knowledgeable and consistent member and guest experience.

- Oversee scheduling, briefings, training and team performance.

- Manage stock, ordering, inventory, wastage and beverage costs.

- Support cocktail menus, seasonal drinks and special events.

- Ensure consistency, cleanliness, safety and compliance across the bar.

- Work closely with the Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Events teams.

- Handle feedback and resolve operational issues effectively.

- Lead by example during busy services.

##### What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a senior bar leadership role within a high-volume hospitality environment.

- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beverage service.

- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.

- Hands-on approach and ability to work calmly under pressure.

- Experience managing stock, costs and team performance.

- Passion for hospitality and creating an excellent member and guest experience.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

- Fluent English; Hebrew is an advantage.
