At Sitemate, Product Design Managers combine UX/UI design expertise with product ownership and delivery management. You’ll work in small, high-trust teams alongside engineers to define problems, design solutions, shape requirements, plan delivery, and take responsibility for what ships - including how it performs once live. Design, product, and delivery are not separate disciplines here; they are one integrated role. You will move between design, product scoping, delivery coordination, and production support within the same day. You'll need to be excited to learn fast and ship frequently, not wait for perfect conditions. - Owning the outcome, not just the output - You're responsible for what gets built, not just the designs you hand over.
