We pride ourselves on our collaborative work environment and culture, which embraces our mission of providing financial and non-financial benefits back to the members of the Seneca Nation. **Seneca Global Services, LLC** is seeking a full-time Natural Resources Financial & Program Analyst to support the Army’s Forestry, Agricultural/Grazing, Fish & Wildlife, and Forestry Reserve Account programs. The analyst will provide financial tracking, reconciliation, data analysis, and syst**ems support to strengthen program execution and reporting. The work helps keep collections, execution, and documentation accurate and auditable across these natural-resource accounts.** **$2:** - Reconcile financial data across tracking systems, operating sites, and program offices. - Support execution and oversight of financial transactions, including tracking, verification, and administrative review. - Use and monitor federal and program systems such as pay.gov, GFEBS, CFEMS, and the Natural Resources Revenue Tracker (NRRT). - Review NRRT workflows and data quality and recommend process or system improvements. - Analyze program performance and trends (collections, obligations, allocations, variances) and flag issues for program leads. - Track development, review, and approval of financial guidance, regulations, SOPs, funding allocations, spend plans, statutory reports, forms, and supporting documentation. - Coordinate financial tracking across Forestry, Agricultural/Grazing, and Fish & Wildlife program areas, including Forestry Reserve Account activity. - Develop status reports, reconciliation workbooks, and executive briefing materials. - Coordinate with installation, command, and HQ stakeholders on data calls and reporting timelines. - Review work products for accuracy and Army quality standards. **$2** - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration, economics, forestry, natural resource management, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience. - 3–5 years of experience in federal or DoD financial tracking, budget execution support, reimbursable-program accounting, or program analysis. - Demonstrated experience reconciling financial data across ledgers or systems and documenting variances. - Working knowledge of GFEBS, CFEMS, pay.gov, or comparable federal financial / collection systems. - Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, large tables, reconciling multiple sources). - Ability to prepare SOPs, financial summaries, and reporting products. - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; ability to work with military, civilian, and contractor personnel. - Ability to obtain a Secret clearance. - Ability to travel as required. **$2** - Knowledge of DoD/Army natural-resource funding, forestry management, agricultural/grazing outleasing, or fish-and-wildlife fee programs. - Direct NRRT experience. - Familiarity with statutory or reimbursable NR accounts (e.g., forestry products, agricultural outlease proceeds, Forestry Reserve Account) and related reporting. - Experience supporting audit-ready documentation for collections and execution. - Advanced Excel and/or Power BI for dashboards and trend analysis. - Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Approvals, Visio, and related Microsoft 365 tools. **$2** **$2** Seneca Holdings provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex/gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, genetic information and/or predisposing genetic characteristics, victim of domestic violence status, veteran status, or other protected class status.
