## About the role

***This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.***

Our client is a consumer-focused e-commerce brand operating in the health and wellness space, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing, scalability, and sustainable growth. The company is focused on driving direct-to-consumer revenue through data-driven paid media strategies, full-funnel optimization, and disciplined experimentation across acquisition channels.

#### Location

Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST

#### Role Overview

The **DTC Ads Specialist** will be responsible for managing and scaling paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and additional performance channels. This role is highly execution-focused, with ownership over campaign performance, optimization, and reporting. The primary objective is to drive profitable growth by improving ROAS, customer acquisition efficiency, and full-funnel performance.

#### Key Responsibilities

##### Paid Media Execution

- Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and social platforms.

- Own targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and creative testing.

- Scale high-performing campaigns while identifying and pausing underperforming initiatives.

- Use Performance Max campaigns, and able to set up manual campaigns.

##### Analytics & Optimization

- Track and analyze key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, and funnel performance.

- Use performance data to continuously optimize campaigns and inform scaling decisions.

- Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop and refine ad assets based on performance insights.

- Stay current on advertising platform updates, policy changes, and compliance requirements.

- Weekly reports and daily updates on ad performance.

#### Qualifications

##### Experience

- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience managing campaigns on Google and Meta.

- Proven experience running performance-driven e-commerce campaigns.

##### Skills

- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into action.

- Proficiency in paid media optimization across search and social platforms.

- Experience managing budgets, testing creatives, and optimizing full-funnel performance.

- Familiarity with additional platforms such as Bing or X is a plus.

- Knowledge of regulated advertising environments is a plus.

- Consistently profitable and scalable paid media campaigns.

- Clear, actionable reporting that informs optimization and growth decisions.

- Improved ROAS and customer acquisition efficiency over time.
