## About the role

**Data & Infrastructure Associate Role Description**

The Data & Infrastructure Contractor supports analytics, reporting, KPI tracking, and data infrastructure initiatives across Pay Operations, Contractor Growth, CR & Training, and Robotics teams. This role combines hands-on data analysis with the development and maintenance of reporting tools, dashboards, and structured datasets that enable operational visibility and informed decision-making. The position works closely with Contractor Leads to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

#### Responsibilities

##### 1. Pay Analytics Support (Contractor Ops)

- Provide reliable and structured data support to the Pay team.

- Maintain and improve pay-related datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.

- Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to support contractor pay tracking.

- Assist in identifying discrepancies and supporting audit processes.

##### 2. CR & Training Data Support

- Support the definition and tracking of core KPIs for CR and Training contractor teams.

- Build and maintain recurring performance reports.

- Ensure KPI definitions are documented and consistently applied.

- Assist teams with ad-hoc data requests and analysis.

##### 3. Growth Analytics Support (Contractor Ops)

- Maintain and optimize queries used for candidate sourcing and prioritization.

- Support analysis to improve candidate throughput and quality.

- Assist in tracking performance metrics related to growth initiatives.

- Contribute to experimentation analysis and reporting.

##### 4. Robotics & Workforce KPI Tracking

- Support the implementation and tracking of operational KPIs.

- Maintain reporting structures to monitor workforce performance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent measurement practices.
