Today companies rely on armies of low-paid outsourced humans to protect their platforms from fraud, harassment, and crime. It’s super important work, but the jobs are difficult and sometimes traumatizing, and it’s impossible to keep up. Our mission is to end this manual toil. We learned this domain first-hand at Stripe and Airbnb, where first we built software for human reviewers, and then built models to replace them. We’re a group of engineers from Stripe, Meta, Netflix, MIT, and Princeton that love language models and unironically love B2B SaaS. We know the economy is going to be rearranged over the next 4 years and we want to be in the driver’s seat. We build vertical AI that works and have some of the world’s largest companies as paying customers. Patreon, Eventbrite, Upwork, Character.ai, Substack, Faire, along with a $10B+ marketplace, a $100B+ payments company, and more rely on SafetyKit in production. ## About the role #### About SafetyKit SafetyKit’s mission is to become the world's risk, compliance, and Safety team. We’re a Series A startup backed by Ribbit Capital, First Round Capital, and Y Combinator, building the AI platform that helps the world’s largest marketplaces, payments providers, and content platforms grow revenue while protecting themselves and their users from bad actors and harmful experiences. Today, enterprises spend hundreds of billions of dollars on fragmented monitoring tools, custom ML models, data providers, case management systems, and outsourced review. SafetyKit simplifies and unifies this entire ecosystem into one powerful platform. We’ve raised $27M, are a 17-person team (majority engineering), and operate fully in person at our San Francisco office. We’re looking for our next foundational GTM hire. #### The Role As an early member of the GTM team, you’ll own the full sales lifecycle end-to-end: from prospecting and qualifying, to running high-impact pilots, to negotiating and closing. You’ll work closely with our CEO, GTM teammates, and engineering to win landmark enterprise deals and expand relationships with the world’s most important companies. You’ll also use AI reflexively in your workflows to accelerate throughput and drive results. #### Requirements - 3+ years of enterprise sales experience with $100k–$1M ACV deals - Proven track record of hitting $2M+ annual revenue targets - Experience cross-selling and upselling within enterprise accounts - Willingness to work in-office 5-6 days a week in San Francisco #### Nice to Haves (non-mandatory) - Sold into late-stage or public tech companies, banks, payments providers, or marketplaces - Background in Trust & Safety, Risk, or Compliance - Background in complex technical sales #### About You - You're obsessed with your work. - Hungry & self-motivated with a true ownership mindset - A natural problem solver with analytical rigor and strong EQ - An exceptional communicator who builds trust and long-term relationships with customers - Able to zoom out on strategy while diving into details when needed - A team player excited to build something big from the ground up --- Source: SafetyKit's own career page, read by RemJobs.
