Now we're launching a brand-new, highly automated fulfillment center, and that creates a rare opportunity: to join a site from the very beginning and help shape how it works from day one. We're looking for an Inbound Operations Manager who will lead the inbound shift, manage a team of Area Managers to drive high performance, and help turn a new building into a high-performing operation. This is the kind of role where you don't inherit years of legacy. You help build the setup, influence the standards, and leave a visible footprint from the start.

As Inbound Operations Manager, you will lead the inbound shift, managing a team of Area Managers to drive high performance across safety, quality, and productivity.

You will:

- Own inbound: Drive receiving, put-away and stock availability performance, safety compliance, and labor management

- Lead & develop: Coach, mentor and scale your team of Area Managers, ensuring optimal staffing, skills, and readiness

- Work with cross-functional teams (Automation, OpEx, HR, IT, Transport) to solve live challenges and align resources

- Monitor inbound KPIs, conduct root-cause analyses, and champion a continuous improvement culture

- Support implementation of new processes, tools and automated systems across receiving and inbound operations

- Drive standardisation, safety compliance and best-practice adoption in a new operational environment

- Support operations during peak periods, weekends and holidays with hands-on problem-solving

- Build an environment with stronger standards, better processes and an engaging, high-energy culture from Day 1

- Drive your shift to successful outcomes and help teams adopt new ways of working smoothly and consistently**What we're looking for**

- 3+ years of experience in inbound, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing management

- Proven track record of managing teams (50+ people) in fast-paced environments

- Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making and problem-solving approach

- Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills

- Proficiency in English, and at least conversational-level Czech**Nice to have:**

- University degree or MBA in a related field

- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies

- Experience with WMS tools and high-volume automated receiving/inbound operations**What's in it for you**
