We are searching for individuals who have home, condo, apartment, remodeling or construction experience. Our **Service Technician's** primary responsibility is to provide each of our customers with the best quality service and fastest response time as possible.

- All tools provided**Essential Functions** of this position are:

• Providing service and customer support during field visits

• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions

• Repairing showers and tubs

• Fixing plumbing leaks

• Wrapping windows

• Painting and staining

• Installing shower doors

• Replacing window sashes

• Replacing interior trim work

• Taping and mudding of sheet rock

• Drywall patching

• Siding and shingle installation

• General caulking and cleaning

• Collecting any balance due

• Following all company filed procedures and protocols

• Producing timely and detailed service reports

**Qualifications:**

• 2-5 years in Remodeling Industry

• Valid driver’s license and clean driver history

• Ability to read, understand, and follows safety procedure

• Ability to grasp complex concepts easily

• Quality of work standards

• Excellent planning, negotiating, and organizing skills
