##### About the role

The role focuses on gathering, analyzing and aligning business and technical requirements, with a strong emphasis on working with data, databases and SQL. You will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to understand complex requirements and contribute to effective, solution-oriented outcomes.

##### Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and clarify their needs

- Align conflicting requirements and facilitate consensus between stakeholders

- Analyze databases, data structures and data-related processes

- Use SQL to query and analyze data

- Analyze complex topics and requirements within the DWH environment

- Collaborate closely with business and technical teams

- Participate in agile projects and working processes

- Quickly understand new and complex business topics

- Proactively contribute to solution development and process improvements

##### Requirements

- Relevant experience in Requirements Engineering / Business Analysis

- Solid knowledge of databases

- Good SQL skills

- Strong affinity for working with data and data-driven topics

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently

- Ability to quickly understand new and complex subject areas

- Experience working in agile environments

- Strong communication skills across both business and technical stakeholders

- Excellent facilitation and consensus-building skills

- Proactive, self-driven and hands-on approach

- Strong team orientation and collaborative mindset

- Fluent English language skills

##### Nice to Have

- Experience in the banking or financial services sector

- Previous experience in a DWH environment

- German language skills

- Experience working on data-intensive projects
