##### Senior Commercial Construction Superintendent

**Location:** Leesburg, VA office; projects in Washington, DC
**Job Type:** Direct Hire
**Starting Salary:** $127,000/year — higher compensation available based on experience

##### Position Overview

Seeking an experienced **Senior Superintendent** to lead field operations on commercial and government construction projects. This position oversees subcontractors and field crews while ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

##### Requirements

- U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance

- Associate degree in Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field

- 10–15 years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor on commercial or institutional projects

- 7+ years of government contracting experience

- Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects, not only renovations

- Experience using spreadsheets, email, and construction industry software

- Current OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and CQC certification issued by USACE/NAVFAC

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Ability to lift and handle 50 lbs.

- Physically able to walk active job sites and regularly climb ladders and stairs to inspect work, direct subcontractors and field crews, and maintain safety and quality standards

##### Preferred

- Experience overseeing projects valued at $10M–$40M

- Strong background managing commercial and government construction projects
