Licensed Counselor - High Focus Parsippany Outpatient

- Address: 99 Cherry Hill Rd #220, Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ 07054

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week, flexible scheduling

- Salary: $52,000/year - $60,000/year (with FREE licensure supervision!)

Here at Parsippany Outpatient, our Counselors:

- Evaluates behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients and family members

- Consults with treatment team

- Facilitates clinical services including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/ outpatient provider contact as applicable.

- Responsible for maintaining clinical record for clients with appropriate documentation

- Collaborates with utilization review and participates in UR process as outlined in program policy.

- Participates in aftercare plan development and outcome data process as applicable.

- Contributes to program specific curriculum development, literature review, and training

- Conduct Level of Care Assessments as required.

- Other duties as assigned. 

 Education/Experience:

- Required: Master's degree in human services or related field

- Required: LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC (or are in the process of obtaining)

Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client’s treatment goals. At High Focus Centers in Parsippany we are currently seeking a Counselor to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment services to our clients. Our Counselors are responsible for facilitating all clinical services for program as outlined by facility standards and in accordance with clinical philosophy of program.
