The Manufacturing Solvent Specialist is responsible for transforming additive manufactured parts from print to production-ready products through precise cleaning and preparation processes. This role safely manages chemical solutions, removes support structures, and maintains a clean, resin-free workspace while adhering to Solvent Lab standards. As a key contributor to quality and operational excellence, the Solvent Specialist verifies order quantities, identifies potential quality issues, and champions workplace safety and organization. ##### ##### What You Will Do: - Safe cleaning and removal of resin on additive manufactured parts of varied sizes. - Follow all Solvent Lab processes and procedures to clean, cure and prepare parts for the Finishing team, including: submerging platforms weighing up to 50lbs in/out of chemical solutions, spraying parts with water and/or air hose, removal of parts from platforms, and removal of support structures from parts using tools or hands. - Maintain a resin-free work environment outside of the Solvent Lab by thoroughly and regularly cleaning the Lab including the floors, mats, workstations, equipment, and tools, and by properly disposing of waste and removing worn equipment when exiting the Lab. - Count parts and verify order quantities.
