We are seeking a **DevOps Engineer** to join our team and help build, maintain, and scale the infrastructure and tools that empower our developers to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing services. If you’re an experienced Platform Engineer, or a Software Engineer with a passion for Platform and Developer Experience, we would love to speak with you. #### Responsibilities: - Design, build and maintain scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure in AWS - Enable development teams to be owners of their systems and to deliver high impact products to our users - Partner with SRE and security teams to help developers build resilient and secure applications - Participate in our on-call and incident management process as part of a “you build it, you run it” mentality #### Requirements: - Hands-on experience managing systems in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, etc.) - Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.) - Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.) - Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, etc.) - Experience with containerisation and container orchestration (Docker, ECS, etc.) - Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Go, etc.) - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in distributed systems - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities ##### Advantageous but not essential: - Comfortable working across a mostly Linux estate, with some exposure to Windows systems and .NET applications - Experience with serverless architectures - Experience with defining advanced cloud networking setups - Familiarity with SOC2, ISO 27001, or other compliance frameworks**AI at Perk** AI is embedded in how we work across every function.
