**Profile:** Program Manager + Lender Manager**Vertical:** Lending EMI | **Role:** Program Management |
**About the role:**Run Lending EMI programs end-to-end and own lender management — onboarding, performance, SLAs, and relationship health. You will coordinate cross-functional delivery and ensure programs and lender partnerships deliver volume, quality, and compliance outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**-Manage current and new lending partners for the product.-Work with lenders on target setting, foll-ups, reconcilations and business growth.-Own program lifecycle for assigned Lending EMI programs (planning, launch, run, optimise, wind-down).-Manage lender relationships: onboarding, commercials (as guided), SLAs, issue resolution, and performance reviews.-Track lender-wise volume, approval rates, TAT, reject reasons, and portfolio quality; drive corrective actions.-Coordinate with Credit, Ops, Tech, Legal/Compliance, and Sales for program readiness and smooth operations.-Maintain program documentation, SOPs, RACI, and change logs.-Run governance forums (program reviews, lender reviews, escalation calls) and close action items.-Support new lender / program launches: UAT coordination, checklist ownership, go-live readiness.-Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement across program and lender workflows.-Prepare leadership MIS on program and lender health
