Job Description – Recruitment Intern / Talent Acquisition Intern
Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support the hiring team in identifying and engaging potential candidates from the provided market database. The intern will connect with candidates, convert them into prospective employees, and coordinate interview schedules.
Duration: 30 Days/60 Days/90 DaysLocation: On-site - Delhi NCR/Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune/Chennai/Hyderabad/Kolkata/Chandigarh/MohaliStipend: As per company norms 
Key Responsibilities
Utilize the provided database to source and connect with candidatesEngage and convert potential candidates through calls/emailsCoordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidatesMaintain candidate records and follow-up updatesSupport the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities
