Paytm’s mission is to serve half a billion Indians and bring them to the mainstream economy with the help of technology. **Role Summary** Own sourcing and growth of Insurance business within the Lending portfolio. Build and lead a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to drive acquisition, conversions, and sustained insurance volume.
**Key Responsibilities**-Source and grow Insurance business for the Lending team through field and partner channels-Hire, onboard, coach, and manage FSEs to hit sourcing and conversion targets-Set daily/weekly plans, track pipeline, and drive productivity across the team-Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal Lending stakeholders-Ensure process compliance, quality of leads, and accurate reporting-Identify market opportunities and share ground-level insights with leadership-Meet individual and team targets for insurance sourcing and business growth
**Requirements**-Proven experience in insurance / lending / financial services sales or sourcing-Prior people-management or team-lead experience preferred (hiring and managing FSEs/field teams is a plus)-Strong field sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills-Comfortable with targets, reporting, and working in a fast-paced lending environment-Willingness to travel as needed for sourcing and team oversight **Education:**Must have completed his graduation **Why join us**1.
