**Role Overview:**
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate – Tech Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end technology hiring, with a strong focus on sourcing, bulk hiring, hiring drives, and stakeholder management.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Manage **end-to-end recruitment** for technology roles across multiple levels and functions.- Drive **bulk hiring** for tech positions while ensuring quality and turnaround timelines.- Own **strong candidate sourcing** through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.- Conduct proactive sourcing and build a strong pipeline of **tech talent** across various skill sets.- Plan and execute **walk-in/virtual hiring drives** and other volume-hiring initiatives.- Partner closely with **hiring managers and business stakeholders** to understand hiring requirements, priorities, and timelines.- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously and ensure timely closure of mandates.- Screen candidates, conduct initial assessments, coordinate interviews, and drive the process through offer and joining.- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.- Track hiring metrics, pipeline status, closures, and other recruitment MIS.- Work closely with HRBPs and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and joining.- Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve hiring efficiency.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
**- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment**, with strong exposure to **Technology hiring**.- Hands-on experience in **end-to-end tech recruitment**.- Strong expertise in **sourcing and candidate pipeline building**.- Proven experience in **bulk/volume hiring** for technology roles.- Experience in **planning and managing hiring drives**.- Strong **stakeholder management** skills with the ability to work closely with hiring managers and business teams.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight hiring timelines.- Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.- Experience working in a **fast-paced technology, fintech, internet, or startup environment** would be preferred.
