The biggest opportunity is to bring a very high level of visual polish to products that are already in the market, while influencing how products are designed and launched end-to-end. The person will work closely with **Product, Engineering, and Marketing**, and will have the opportunity to contribute not only to execution but also to product strategy, design systems, prototyping, research, and cross-functional collaboration. It is especially attractive for designers who combine **strong visual craft + UX fluency + business/metrics understanding**, and who can confidently present and defend their work with different audiences, including senior stakeholders. ##### Main challenges: 1. Raise the visual quality bar of the products and surfaces they work on, with a strong focus on typography, layout, spacing, components, and overall polish. 2. Work across multiple platforms and surfaces — mobile native experiences (iOS/Android) and web — rather than being focused on only one platform. 3. Balance visual excellence with UX, business goals, and product performance. 4. Work in a cross-functional environment with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, requiring strong communication and stakeholder management. 5. Build or improve experiences where existing design patterns may not always be available, requiring the designer to create polished components and surfaces from scratch. 6. Demonstrate seniority by presenting, explaining, and defending design decisions with confidence. 7.
