## About the role

### Join the Skill Sprouts ABA Team! 🌱

**Skill Sprouts ABA** is looking for caring, dependable people who love working with kids and want to make a meaningful difference in their lives.

You'll work **1-on-1 with children with autism and developmental disabilities**, helping them build important skills like communication, play, independence, making choices, and everyday life skills.

You don't have to be an ABA expert to get started. If you have experience working with children through childcare, education, special education, caregiving, camps, or similar settings, we'd love to meet you!

##### What You'll Do

- Work 1-on-1 with children in homes, schools, and community settings.

- Help kids build communication, social, play, independence, and everyday life skills.

- Follow individualized treatment plans with support from a BCBA.

- Collect session data and track progress.

- Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families.

- Communicate progress and concerns with your BCBA and clinical team.

- Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing learning.

- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation.

##### What We're Looking For

- Experience working with children is a plus, especially children with autism or developmental disabilities.

- RBT certification is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.

- Patient, dependable, positive, and willing to learn.

- Comfortable receiving feedback and working as part of a team.

- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other service locations.

- Ability to pass a background check.

- Bilingual or multilingual? That's a big plus! We love team members who can connect with and support New Mexico families in their preferred language.
