**Pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour**

Empower Behavior Solutions is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, motivated **Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs)** to join our team!

We provide high-quality ABA services designed to help children build meaningful skills, increase independence, and reach their full potential.

**This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.**

#### Current Opportunity

We're currently seeking a **Certified Behavior Technician** to provide services in **Everett for a 5 year old client**.

- Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align

- Setting: Home and/or school-based

- Days/Times: Monday-Friday 9:00-1:00 p.m.

- Preferred Candidate: Open to all qualified CBTs

- Pay: $21.00–$23.00/hour

**Please note:** Any family preferences listed above are based solely on client requests and are considered only where legally appropriate.

**Interested in additional or future virtual hours?** As our virtual program continues to develop, CBTs who establish themselves successfully with in-person services may have opportunities to take on **hybrid or virtual cases** as they become available.

#### What You'll Do

- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA

- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs

- Deliver services in the client's home and/or school

- Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session

- Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians

- Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment

- Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

#### What You'll Need

##### Required

- Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED

- Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data

- Reliable transportation to the client's location

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed

- Willingness to provide in-person services

##### Preferred

- Previous ABA therapy experience

- Two or more years of experience working with children

- Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities
