**Make a meaningful difference in a child's world!** We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and dependable **Female Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)** to provide vital one-on-one support for a sweet **3-year-old child** who is nonverbal and on the autism spectrum. 💙🌈

📍 Location

- Providence, NJ (Flexible environment: Home-based and community/center-based)

- Pay rate: 20$ - 30$

🕐 Schedule & Hours

- Days: Monday through Friday

- Home Session Hours: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

- Note: We are looking for a flexible candidate who is comfortable adapting to either setting based on the child's needs.

💕 The Ideal Candidate

- Compassionate & Patient: Deeply empathetic and understanding of early childhood development.

- Reliable: Dependable and punctual, understanding that consistency is key for this child's success.

- Experienced: Prior experience with early intervention, autism, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is highly preferred.

- Skilled: Comfortable working one-on-one with a young, nonverbal child.

- Independent: Able to confidently implement and follow the child's structured behavioral treatment plan.
