We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and dedicated **1-on-1 ABA Paraprofessional / Behavior Technician** to work with an active **9-year-old boy** located in **Ossining, NY**.

- Youth-Focused: Someone who is patient, fun, and knows how to keep a 9-year-old boy motivated and creatively engaged during weekend free time.

- Consistent & Reliable: A professional who understands the importance of building routine and providing structure.

- Experienced: Background in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), special education, or pediatric behavioral support is required.

💼 **Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide direct 1-on-1 behavioral support using established ABA strategies.

- Implement behavior intervention plans to support positive choices and emotional regulation.

- Work on social skills, community outings, and functional daily living skills.
