**The Make Ready Technician **will perform a wide variety of repairs to ensure that all apartment homes are up to standard for new resident move-ins.

- Inspect apartments for damage and perform necessary repairs prior to resident move-ins

- Repair or replace plumbing/sink/shower/toilet fixtures

- Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches

- Prime, paint, and seal surfaces (including wood or metal)

- Replace doors, doorknobs, and lock systems

- Caulk, plaster, and fill cracks, holes, or joints

- Wash and treat surfaces

- Remove mildew

- Sand and adhere finishes

- Complete various work orders as needed

- Calculate required materials and estimate costs

- Full-time, Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 6 PM

- Experience in residential, commercial, retail, or apartment rehab/turns is required
