## About the role

**Your mission & challenges**

Through systematic tolerance management, you make sure our precision assemblies function reliably in high-volume production.

- Setting up and running tolerance analyses (1D/3D, statistical, worst case)

- Defining tolerance concepts together with design and manufacturing

- Deriving measurement and inspection concepts with quality

- Evaluating manufacturing capability (Cp/Cpk) and supplier data

- Contributing to alignment and assembly concepts**What we're looking for**

- Degree in mechanical engineering or comparable

- Experience in tolerance management and simulation (e.g., 3DCS, VisVSA, Cetol)

- Very good knowledge of ISO GPS

- Understanding of manufacturing and metrology

- Structured, communicative way of working
