**Job Title:** RN Charge Nurse
**Job Type:** Part Time / Every other weekend
**Shift:** Night
**Salary Range:** $44.00 - $57.00/hour *(Final offer based on your unique skills, experience, and professional background)*

**What We're Looking for**

- In-state Registered Nurse License in good standing

- Expertise in geriatric or subacute nursing

- Proficiency in medication and treatment administration

- In-depth knowledge of COMAR and CMS guidelines

- Familiarity with Office of Health Care Quality standards

**Leadership & Communication**

- Proven track record of positive leadership

- Exceptional communication skills

- Ability to partner effectively with team members

- Talent for coaching and counseling direct reports

**Tech Savvy**

- Hands-on experience with electronic medical records (EMR)

- Proficient computer skills

- Ability to navigate and utilize EMR systems efficiently
