We are seeking a **Full-Time Laundry Aide** who is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting our senior living community through outstanding laundry services.

**Hourly Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour** *(final offer is based on demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background)*

#### What You'll Do

As a Laundry Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents receive clean, fresh, and properly maintained linens and personal clothing.

##### Responsibilities Include:

- Collecting, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing resident laundry and community linens

- Following established infection control and safety procedures

- Inspecting linens and clothing for damage, stains, and repair needs

- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the laundry department

- Operating laundry equipment safely and efficiently

- Ensuring resident clothing is handled with care and returned accurately

- Monitoring laundry supplies and reporting inventory needs

- Supporting a positive, resident-centered environment through courteous and professional interactions

#### What We're Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Previous laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, or healthcare experience preferred

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull laundry carts and supplies

- Dependable work ethic and commitment to quality service

- A positive attitude and dedication to serving older adults
