Are you a compassionate and clinically skilled nurse who is passionate about providing exceptional care to older adults? **The Village at Rockville**, a premier continuing care retirement community, is seeking a **Full Time **dedicated **Clinical Care Specialist (RN/LPN)** to join our caring and collaborative team.

In this rewarding role, you will help ensure residents receive high-quality clinical care while serving as a trusted resource for residents, families, and team members. **Salary Range: $82,000–$110,000 annually**, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

#### What You'll Do

- Provide clinical oversight and support to ensure quality resident care

- Assess residents' health status and communicate changes appropriately

- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members

- Monitor and document resident care in accordance with regulatory standards

- Support care planning and coordinate services to meet residents' individual needs

- Educate residents, families, and team members on health-related matters

- Assist in maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations

- Promote a positive, safe, and supportive environment for residents and team members

#### Qualifications

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Maryland

- Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, assisted living, rehabilitation, or healthcare preferred

- Minimum five years experience in nursing required, preferably in long-term care environment

- Wound Certified required

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care

- Ability to read and speak English
