**Schedule**

- Part-Time

- Monday - Friday

- 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

**What You'll Do**

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Help residents begin their day safely, comfortably, and with dignity

- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team

- Support residents with meals, hydration, and personal care needs

- Maintain accurate documentation and resident records

- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

- Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

**What We're Looking For**

- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Virginia

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- At least two years of experience in assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, or a related healthcare setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

- Passion for providing exceptional care and enhancing the lives of older adults

- Ability to read and speak English

**Compensation & Benefits**

**Hourly Pay Range:** **$17.75 - $23.75 per hour**, with the final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.
