## About the role

**Requirements:**

- OpenText Content Server / Extended ECM experience

- Configuration of workspaces, folders, categories, attributes and metadata

- Permissions and role-based access model

- Document lifecycle, versioning and audit trail

- Search configuration and findability principles

- Workflow design and configuration

- Migration preparation: mapping, cleansing, validation and test migration

- Integration understanding with ERP, SharePoint, Office 365, email and file shares

- Understanding of records management, retention and compliance requirements

- Ability to translate business requirements into Content Server configuration

Nice to have:

- OpenText Extended ECM for SAP or other ERP systems

- OpenText Archive Center / Records Management

- OpenText Directory Services / OTDS and SSO

- OpenText WebReports

- OpenText REST API / integrations

- OpenText AppWorks or workflow automation

- Experience with Azure / Microsoft 365 environments

- Experience with information security standards and access governance

- Experience from industrial, mining, manufacturing or engineering environments 

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead discovery and design workshops

- Recommend best-practice OTCM design

- Identify risks early

- Define solution options and consequences

- Produce implementation-ready requirements

- Support or lead configuration

- Guide junior consultants

- Communicate confidently with customer stakeholder
