N-iX is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our Global Marketing Team. This role focuses on driving impactful offline and online events, developing comprehensive marketing collateral, and managing rich media content for key N-iX business areas . If you excel at creating engaging experiences and managing diverse content platforms, this is your opportunity to strengthen to our global brand presence.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Events Marketing Support:

- Execute, and manage marketing activities for industry offline and online events, including conferences, webinars, and workshops.

- Partnership Marketing Support:

- Support co-marketing initiatives with strategic technology partners (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, OpenAI, Anthropic), including joint campaigns, events, and content.

- Maintain and update partner-facing marketing assets, such as partnership pages, badges, and co-branded materials, to reflect current certifications and offerings.

- Marketing Collateral Management:

- Maintain a comprehensive marketing collateral wiki, including PPTs, one-pagers, leaflets, demos and webcasts, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and easy to access.

- Work with subject matter experts to gather and organize information.

- Contribute to a regular digest of new and updated collateral to boost visibility and adoption among client-facing teams.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with design, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment of event and content strategies with overall business objectives.

- Work with technical experts to produce accurate and engaging content.

- Marketplace Management. Manage company placements on review platforms (Clutch, Gartner, etc.)

**Requirements:**

- 2+ years of experience in B2B technology services marketing, PaaS, SaaS.

- GenAI tool literacy, with hands-on experience applying them in marketing work

- Proven experience in planning and executing successful offline/online events.

- Strong business content writing skills.

- Experience in developing and managing marketing collateral wikis or similar knowledge management systems.

- Strong understanding of rich media production and distribution.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze event and content performance data.

- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

**Highly Desirable:**

- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools

- Experience working in a global marketing team or with diverse international markets.
