MG Properties is seeking a motivated **Operations Manager** to support apartment communities throughout an assigned region. This role serves as a regional floater and provides hands-on experience in all aspects of property management, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to grow into community leadership.

###### What You'll Do

- Support daily property operations, leasing, resident relations, and financial performance.

- Assist with budgeting, rent collections, invoice approvals, and vendor management.

- Hire, train, supervise, and develop onsite team members.

- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance activities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and safety standards.

- Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.

###### What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of onsite property management experience.

- Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.

- Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office.

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned region.

- Ability to adapt quickly and support multiple communities as business needs require.
