**About Le Suprême**
Le Suprême is a Parisian-inspired brasserie located in Detroit's historic Book Tower. The restaurant brings the
spirit of the classic French brasserie to downtown Detroit through thoughtful food and beverage, warm
hospitality, and a lively, polished dining experience. Le Suprême is part of Method Co., a hospitality company
focused on creating distinct, experience-driven hotels, restaurants, and residential concepts.

**The Role**
Join the experience as we are seeking an engaging and knowledgeable Lunch Bartender to join the team at Le
Suprême. The Lunch Bartender is responsible for delivering polished bar service during lunch while creating a
warm, energetic, and welcoming experience for guests. This role requires strong beverage knowledge, attention
to detail, and the ability to balance genuine hospitality with speed and consistency.

**What You'll Do**

- Welcome bar guests and provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personable service throughout lunch.

- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, coffee, non-alcoholic beverages, and other offerings according to LeSuprême standards and recipes.

- Maintain strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, house cocktails, wine, beer, menu pairings,ingredients, and allergens.

- Accurately enter orders into the POS system, manage guest checks, and process payments.

- Complete bar setup, prep, stocking, organization, and breakdown according to opening and closingprocedures.

- Maintain a clean, polished, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.

- Monitor guest consumption and follow all responsible alcohol service requirements and applicable laws.

- Communicate and coordinate with servers, support staff, culinary team members, and restaurant leadershipto ensure timely service.

- Assist with product rotation, inventory awareness, prep, and communication of low-stock items.

- Maintain speed, accuracy, consistency, and genuine hospitality during high-volume periods.

**Who You Are**

- Bright, engaging, and passionate about hospitality, beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences.

- Previous bartending experience required; upscale, high-volume, or brasserie experience strongly preferred.

- Strong working knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and responsible alcohol service.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, warm, and professional presence.

- Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Able to stand for extended periods and safely lift, carry, and move bar supplies and service items.

- Must meet all applicable age, licensing, and responsible alcohol service requirements.

- Must be willing to work daytime/lunch shifts, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Working Conditions/Environment:

- The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach andstretch for eight (8) hours per day.

- Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently.

- The person having this responsibility may have to move, pull, carry, or lift objects weighing at least 50pounds.
