We’re hiring a **Compliance Ops Analyst** who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. This is a role where you will own high-complexity EDD reviews across a concurrent case queue. This is a production role where judgment, structure, and writing quality matter.

##### What You’ll Do

- Run end-to-end EDD reviews across multiple active cases

- Synthesize KYB/KYC, ownership structures, and prior reviews upfront

- Perform licensing/regulatory analysis (FinCEN/MSB, VASP, MiCA, CARF, SIBA)

- Send targeted outreach based on actual info gaps

- Validate against primary source docs

- Deliver clear, defensible EDD reports (business model, funds flow, AML risk, adverse media, review cadence)

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- High attention to detail and ability to work through complex information

- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment
