## About the role

**Job Summary:**

The Analyst, Performance Measurement & Reporting plays a critical role in delivering complex investment analysis and data-driven reporting to support advisors and institutional clients. This position leverages advanced financial modeling and industry standards—including GIPS compliance, after-tax calculations, and benchmark evaluation—to produce meaningful performance measurement, attribution, and risk-adjusted analytics. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams, interpreting quantitative outcomes and ensuring the highest standards in investment analytics.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Perform detailed performance measurement, attribution analysis, and benchmark evaluation across multi-asset portfolios

- Generate risk-adjusted analytics and provide quantitative modeling support for forecasting and scenario analysis

- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, interpreting results for advisors and clients

- Utilize analytical tools and systems to automate processes and validate data for optimal workflow efficiency

- Reconcile performance data with custodians, investment accountants, and asset managers, ensuring alignment with GIPS standards

- Support client onboarding, historical data integration, and system/report configuration

- Monitor portfolios for adherence to investment policy guidelines and assist with compliance and audit reviews

- Conduct ad-hoc analyses as requested by supervisor**Required Education and Experience:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field

- 1–3 years of experience in investment performance, analytics, institutional asset management, or a combination of education and relevant work experience**Preferred Education and Experience:**

- Progress toward or completion of CIPM, CFA, CAIA, or similar investment analytics certification

- Experience with investment platforms

- Background in performance attribution systems or multi-asset portfolio analytics

- Proficiency with advanced analytical tools and programming languages**Skills and Competencies:**

- Strong quantitative reasoning and facility with financial mathematics and statistical concepts

- Demonstrated ability to conduct complex performance attribution and benchmark analysis

- Advanced analytical problem-solving skills, including diagnosing data discrepancies and validating system outputs

- Exceptional attention to detail; able to manage and analyze large datasets to maintain data integrity

- Skilled at clearly communicating performance and risk insights to internal teams and clients

- Effective organizational skills; capable of managing multiple analytical workflows and meeting deadlines

- Ability to leverage specialized financial tools and technical resources to enhance reporting accuracy**Physical Demands/Requirements:**
