## About the role

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Driver Operations Projects Coordinator (Part Time) to support daily delivery operations and client coordination. This role involves assisting with order routing, driver assignment, and real-time monitoring to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate is responsive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

##### What you’ll do

- Assist with routing and scheduling client delivery orders

- Assign drivers from the existing driver pool based on route requirements

- Provide timely support to clients regarding their orders

- Monitor active deliveries and help resolve operational or delivery-related issues

##### What we seek

- Strong customer service mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Good problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing client needs

- Comfortable using various online communication channels to engage with clients

##### What you’ll need

- Availability to commit to a minimum 3-day work week (2 weekdays, 1 weekend)

- Ability to work at least 1 morning shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and 2 evening shifts (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

- Willingness to attend onsite training (training will be provided)
