**CONCRETE FOREMAN**

**About the Role** We are seeking experienced Concrete Foremen to lead structural concrete operations on major infrastructure projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Read and interpret site plans, grades, and elevations

- Manage crew productivity and equipment utilization

- Coordinate with surveyors for grade checking and layout

- Maintain daily production reports and quantity tracking

- Lead safety meetings and maintain safe working conditions

- Coordinate with other trades and utilities on site

**Qualifications**

- 4+ years of experience in concrete operations (slab on grade, walls, elevated slabs)

- Experience with various types of heavy equipment

- Ability to read site plans and calculate quantities

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

- Equipment operation experience preferred

**Physical Requirements**

- Ability to work in various weather conditions

- Capable of accessing equipment and uneven terrain

- Standing, walking, and climbing as needed
