**Compensation and Benefits***

- The visit rate for this role ranges from $40 - $50 per visit

**What You'll Do**

- Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT

- Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence

- Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

- Be the best part of someone’s day!

**What You'll Need**

- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing

- BLS CPR certification

- Reliable transportation

- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

**This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).*
