## About the role

#### Customer Service Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. In this role, you will be the voice of our customers, providing top-tier support for **NRS products and services.**

##### Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Support: Manage accounts to provide information, clarify details, and ensure records are accurately updated.

- Problem Solving: Identify the root cause of issues and execute effective resolutions for customer complaints.

##### Requirements:

- High School Diploma.English proficiency at 85% or higher.

- Previous customer service experience is preferred/desired.

- Strong computer aptitude, documentation skills, and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent phone, email, and chat etiquette.

- Schedule flexibility and ability to work on-site in Zone 4.

- Professionalism and a positive, people-oriented attitude.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.

- A proactive team player who takes ownership of their work.
