📍 Remote | 🕐 PST or EST Hours | 💼 Full-Time

Hire Hangar is growing and we’re seeking a seasoned **Internal Recruiter** with proven success managing **high-volume pipelines**. This is an ideal role for someone with a staffing agency background who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance quality with speed.

You’ll be responsible for filling multiple roles across various departments, using a mix of sourcing, screening, and candidate relationship-building to keep pipelines strong and hiring on track.

🔍 What You’ll Do

- Run full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across departments

- Qualify, screen, and engage candidates in a fast-moving hiring environment

- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process

- Manage and track recruitment activity using an ATS

- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on goals and improve hiring workflows✅ What You Bring

- 2–3+ years of experience in staffing or high-volume recruiting

- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and fast-paced hiring

- Excellent communication, follow-up, and organization skills

- Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems and recruitment tech tools
