As a Procurement Team Leader, you will take on a key responsibility in leading and managing a team, ensuring they achieve their performance goals and contribute effectively to organisational objectives, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

##### What you’ll do

- Oversee the work of team members, providing guidance, support and feedback, and ensuring that all team members meet their performance goals.

- Coordinate and assign tasks to the team members and ensure that everyone works together to achieve the team’s objectives.

- Conduct touch base meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions and identifying opportunities and progress of each team member.

- Ensure deadlines are met, monitor progress, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.

- Collaborate with different departments within the organization to ensure the projects and initiatives are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

##### What you’ll bring

- At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.

- Proven experience in team leadership and people management.

- Experience in SOP development and implementation.

- Strong coaching, performance management, and feedback skills.

- Ability to delegate tasks, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in ERP systems, Google Workspace, inventory management, and transportation management systems.

- Experience using AI tools is a plus.
