## About the role

#### THE OPPORTUNITY

The best people do not always fit neatly into an open requisition. If you are convinced you can create unusual value at Hedge, tell us what you should own, why it matters now, and what evidence says you can do it.

#### COMPENSATION AND OWNERSHIP

**For the kinds of founding roles we most often create through this path, base salary is $125K-$250K and equity is 0.25%-1.50%. The actual package will depend on the role, seniority, and scope we define together.**

- Evidence of exceptional work, judgment, speed, or persistence

5. Final conversation with the founders
