The VP of Partnerships & Capital Markets will own end-to-end financial and deal structuring and execution across Hadrian's most strategic external capital market, commercial, and federal initiatives. This role sits at the center of the Company's next phase of scale, spanning three core lanes: (1) complex commercial partnerships and deal structures, (2) debt capital markets, and (3) M&A, in close partnership with the CFO and CEO. ##### Why Now Hadrian is entering a phase where Capital Markets, M&A, and large-scale commercial partnerships are the primary engines of the Company's growth. This role sits at the nexus of high-stakes contract structuring, large-scale debt execution, and corporate development. Hadrian is standing up this function to manage an accelerating pipeline of multi-billion dollar partnership, capital markets, and M&A transaction opportunities. Within a unique macroeconomic tailwind, as billions in capital are reallocated into this sector, this is a rare opportunity to occupy a high-impact, externally facing seat at a Company reaching a massive inflection point. The deal complexity is high, the transaction sizes are generational, and the outcomes of this role will fundamentally redefine the trajectory of the modern industrial base.
