###### Our client, a fast-scaling international marketing company, is a major player in the iGaming industry, with a dedicated focus on expanding operations across Asia. From deep market research and business strategy to performance-driven digital campaigns and bold creatives, the team manages the entire marketing lifecycle to help clients stay ahead in one of the world’s most competitive industries.

###### Perfect for those who aim to:

- Oversee the projects and regular processes, ensuring effective planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk management;

- Set priorities, ensure clear ownership and support PMs in delivering high-impact initiatives;

- Analyze processes across business units to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement;

- Effective use of Jira, Confluence, spreadsheets, pivot tables, and other tools to structure, monitor, and optimize operational processes;

- Design, implement, and continuously optimize scalable processes, workflows, SLA and operational standards;

- Establish and monitor relevant KPIs and use data to support decision-making and prioritization;

- Identify opportunities for automation, tool optimization and reduction of manual work;

- Drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and support in scaling effectively;

- Drive a culture of ownership, proactivity, accountability, and continuous improvement within the PM team.

###### Experience you’ll need to bring:

- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, or similar fast-paced environments;

- Proven track record of managing, mentoring, or developing Project Managers;

- Experience in leading large-scale projects within product companies (iGaming experience is a strong plus);

- Experience with process optimization, automation and operational excellence initiatives;

- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (strong written and verbal communication skills).
