## About the role

###### Perfect for those who aim to:

- Create visual assets for social media, advertising campaigns, presentations, and other communication materials;

- Develop creative concepts and adapt them to different formats and platforms;

- Use AI tools to generate images and videos, explore ideas, create variations, and streamline creative workflows;

- Refine AI-generated materials in graphic editors: fix artifacts, improve composition, color, typography, and other visual details;

- Work with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials;

- Collaborate with marketing, content, and other project teams;

- Design exhibition stands and conference booth visuals;

- Develop branded merchandise and merchandise designs to strengthen brand recognition.

###### Experience you’ll need to bring:

- Confident knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator;

- Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy;

- Hands-on experience with Midjourney, Weavy, Stable Diffusion, Runway, or Higgsfield;

- Understanding of prompt writing, reference images, and how to achieve stylistically consistent results;

- The ability to distinguish impressive AI-generated content from high-quality, production-ready design.
