## About the role

###### Our client, Jugabet, is a brand and gaming platform accessible to players in Latin America. With a strong regional focus and localized strategies, Jugabet is quickly becoming a key player in the market.

###### Perfect for those who aim to:

- Own and drive the overall marketing direction for the LATAM region across performance marketing, SEO, SMM, affiliates, influencers, brand and offline channels;

- Lead and manage the media buying team, ensuring efficient budget allocation, competitive CPA and high-quality traffic;

- Identify and launch new traffic sources, audience segments, creative approaches and alternative advertising solutions;

- Coordinate cross-functional marketing teams, translating regional business goals and market insights into clear briefs, initiatives and measurable priorities;

- Bring market-specific growth proposals and ensure their effective execution by the relevant teams;

- Work closely with the Affiliate Department to improve traffic quality and key metrics, including NGR, LTV and ROI;

- Collaborate with the SEO team by providing regional insights, identifying growth opportunities, aligning priorities and overseeing execution against business objectives;

- Coordinate SMM and influencer initiatives tailored to local audiences and cultural specifics;

- Drive regional brand growth through digital and offline initiatives aligned with local player behaviour;

- Own regional marketing budgets, performance reporting and growth targets.

###### Experience you’ll need to bring:

- 3+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, including a leadership role within iGaming;

- Proven experience managing media buyers and coordinating cross-functional marketing teams;

- Strong expertise in audience targeting and segmentation across Meta, Google, TikTok and alternative advertising platforms;

- Practical experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, creative and audience testing, campaign optimisation and scaling;

- Strong understanding of paid acquisition across Google, Meta and alternative advertising networks;

- Experience working across performance marketing, SEO, SMM, affiliates, influencers and brand initiatives;

- Deep understanding of the LATAM iGaming landscape, including local player behaviour, cultural insights and regulatory specifics;

- Expert-level understanding of CPA, FTD, NGR, LTV, ROI and GGR metrics;

- Hands-on experience with attribution and tracking tools such as AppsFlyer and Adjust;

- Proven experience managing substantial monthly marketing budgets;

- Experience launching new markets or building marketing functions from scratch;

- A strong network of LATAM affiliate partners, local influencers or tipsters would be an advantage.
