## About the role

We are looking for a passionate **Growth Manager** to join our marketing team. As a** Growth Manager**, you will be responsible for managing all performance marketing campaigns, working closely with the game studio and marketing teams to drive engagement and user acquisition.

##### Responsibilities;

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms

- Build predictive models to forecast spend, revenue, and LTV with precision

- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for growth

- Collaborate with the game studio to align marketing efforts with game updates and releases

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for user acquisition and retention

##### Requirements;

- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field

- Strong interest in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related fields

- Passion for the gaming industry and eagerness to learn its dynamics

- Experience in data analysis, forecast and campaign optimization

- Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
